Pocket Tools › Style Presets
Google Docs add-on
Style Presets reads the named styles a document already uses, keeps them under a name you choose, and puts them on any other document in one click. It shows you what will change before it changes anything, and one click puts the document back. It reads only the document you have open.
Page size and margins, table borders, page numbers, watermarks, footnotes. A preset holds formatting and your header and footer text. It never holds the body of your document, and not page setup.
Free: one saved preset, the nine named styles, editing those styles in the
sidebar, and applying, undoing and clearing hand formatting as often as you like.
Applying is never limited.
Paid: $19.99 a year, or $39.99 once. A key adds
header and footer, link styling, list bullets, up to 60 presets, duplicate and recapture, and
export and import.
The price shown is the total you pay. Sales tax and VAT are included in it, not added at the end. Prices are in US dollars.
Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, the seller of record. Your license key arrives by email as soon as the payment goes through. The annual license renews once a year; you can cancel the renewal at any time from the receipt email, and the key keeps working until the end of the year you paid for. The one-time license does not renew.
Refunds. Within 14 days of purchase, write to [email protected] and say what went wrong. No justification beyond that is required. The full wording is in the Terms of Service, section 3.
Your license key is on the confirmation screen right after payment, and in the receipt email. To unlock the rest:
One license covers up to 3 Google accounts. To move it to a different account, press Release this account in the same place, which frees a slot. The license belongs to your account, not to a document, so it works in every document you open and survives removing and reinstalling the add-on.
While the license is active, the add-on checks the key with Lemon Squeezy at most once every seven days. A single check that cannot reach them switches nothing off: the paid parts stay unlocked for up to 14 days after the last check that did succeed. Past that, the free limits apply until a check gets through again. Saving and applying the nine named styles is not affected either way.
When you enter a license key, the add-on sends the key and an anonymous installation identifier, and nothing else, to Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor, to check that the key is valid. Your document is never part of that request. The free version with no key makes no network request at all. Details are in the privacy policy.
