These terms govern your use of the software published by Pocket Tools ("the products") and this website. Products include Google Workspace add-ons and may in future include software for other platforms. By installing or using a product you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the products.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products. Free features may be used without payment for as long as they remain available. Paid features require a valid license key.
A license may be activated on up to three Google accounts at a time. It is for your own use; it is not a team or organization license. You can release an activation from within the product and use it on a different account.
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the products, nor attempt to circumvent license verification.

"Lifetime" means the life of the product, not of the buyer: one payment covers the paid features, and their updates, for as long as the product is published. It is not a guarantee that it will be published indefinitely — see section 4.
Not every product offers both types: each product's own page states which license types it sells, and the checkout shows only those.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and is the seller for the transaction. Their terms apply to the purchase itself. Prices shown are the total you pay: any sales tax or VAT is included, not added at checkout.
Refunds are offered within 14 days of purchase if the product does not work as described. Email [email protected] and state the problem; no justification beyond that is required.
Those 14 days are a minimum we guarantee, not a limit. Lemon Squeezy, as the seller of record, may also refund a purchase at its own discretion outside that window; nothing here restricts that.
Each product runs inside a host platform (for example Google Workspace) and depends on that platform's APIs. Features may change or stop working if the platform changes those APIs. Reasonable effort will be made to keep the products working, but no specific uptime or continued availability is guaranteed.
If a product is permanently discontinued, notice will be given on this site, and no further renewal will be charged on an annual license.
The products are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim arising from the products is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to. There is no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the products at any time by uninstalling them. A license may be terminated if these terms are materially breached, for example by redistributing the product or circumventing license checks.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Nothing here removes consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
